• What methods of payment do you accept? We accept most payment types including Cash, Credit Card payments, Cheques, and Bank Transfers.
• Are you fully insured? Yes we are insured against public and product liability.
• Are my personal details safe and secure? Yes, your personal details will never be passed to any third parties.
• Do you work for retail and business customers? Yes, we are happy to work for residential, public sector, commercial and industrial customers.

 

Driveway Pressure Washing

• How much will it cost to professionally jet wash my drive? Call us on 0800 228 9037 or 07794546961 to arrange a free of charge no obligation quotation.
• Will I need be at home when you clean my driveway? No, it's not required for you to be at home while we are cleaning your driveway.
• Will you replace the sand between the blocks that is displaced whilst cleaning my drive? When the driveway has dried enough after the cleaning process - usually the same/next day - kiln dried sand is brushed into the joints to replenish any jointing sand that may have been dislodged during the pressure washing.
• Will I need a garden tap for your jet washer? Yes a cold water supply will be needed.
• My drive is covered in moss/weeds/algae can this be removed? We will visit approximately 7-10 days before we are due to pressure wash your driveway to apply Roundup weed killer to kill any weeds and/or a fungicidal wash to treat algae/moss. Once these treatments are dry they are safe for children and animals.
• How long will it take you to pressure wash and refurbish my driveway? We will usually apply a fungicidal wash and/or weed killer to your driveway around 7-10 days prior to cleaning your drive. When we return to Jet Wash your driveway this will completed within the day under normal circumstances, depending on the size of the area to be cleaned. Jointing sand is then applied either the same or next day depending on the weather.
• Do you work for residential and commercial customers? We are happy to work on anything from small suburban drives to big commercial forecourts, contact us with your enquiry.

• How much will you charge to clean my patio? We can visit your premises to give you an free, competitive, no-obligation quotation.
• Will the cleaning process cause any damage to paving mortar joints? Sound mortar is not damaged during the cleaning process. However already damaged, loose or friable joints may potentially be dislodged. However we can replace these damaged joints with fresh pointing if requested (at an extra charge would apply).
• Do I need to remain at home while you are cleaning my patio? No, we just need access to the area that requires cleaning.
• How long does it take to clean my patio? This will be determined by the size of the patio or paths to be cleaned. Normally however this will normally be accomplished inside a day.
• Will I need an outside garden tap for your pressure washer equipment? We will need access to a garden tap or similar.
